About this Teacher Training Course

Explore the yogic life

During this course you will discover that yoga is not only a physical practice, but much more than that. You will discover that yoga is the whole lifestyle. In one week, you can taste what it means to live a yogic life. Our course covers every aspect of traditional yogic lifestyle as well as modern explanation about what is going on in our bodies during the yoga practice. So if you have ever asked yourself ‘Why am I doing this in the yoga class?’, you will find all your answers.

An internal journey

A TTC under the guidance of Anuj something different than other trainings. This training is more about yoga as a work in (internal journey) not only works out (crazy postures which may be sometimes misunderstood and promote as a true yoga). The whole course covers the teachings from ancient gurus and yogis, the traditions which are running from thousands of years as a proper yogic lifestyle.

We would like to introduce you to Anuj Ji;
Originally from the Land of Himalayas, Anuj’s journey began as a corporate professional, later on his path diverged into Yoga and Wellness. As an internationally certified Yoga instructor, he guides to people transform into their best version by realizing the importance of maintaining “a sound mind/body”. Leading Hatha and Ashtanga teacher training courses for 4 years now in teaching Ramayana, methodology of asanas; alignment, anatomy and physiology. He also has experience in many other types of Yoga (Power, Vinyasa, Iyengar), as well as in meditation and Pranayama.
