We offer drop-in classes in Khmer on Monday and Saturday. Join daily classes in our spacious and ventilated yoga shalas surrouned by our vibrant garden. Always under guidance of certified and experienced instructors.

What is yoga and vipassana meditation?
During yoga, we bring our body in special positions that bring benefits for our health. Yoga brings flexibility and energy!
During meditation, you close your eyes and focus on the inside of your body. Meditation makes your thoughts calm down and you worry less!
