About this Teacher Training Course
Explore the yogic life
During this course you will discover that yoga is not only a physical practice, but much more than that. You will discover that yoga is the whole lifestyle. In one week, you can taste what it means to live a yogic life. Our course covers every aspect of traditional yogic lifestyle as well as modern explanation about what is going on in our bodies during the yoga practice. So if you have ever asked yourself ‘Why am I doing this in the yoga class?’, you will find all your answers.
An internal journey
A TTC under the guidance of Shiva and Michaela is something different than other trainings. This training is more about yoga as a work in (internal journey) not only works out (crazy postures which may be sometimes misunderstood and promote as a true yoga). The whole course covers the teachings from ancient gurus and yogis, the traditions which are running from thousands of years as a proper yogic lifestyle.

For me yoga is not only about asanas (postures) but a complete lifestyle. Following all the Yamas and Niyamas, I concentrate on an individual’s lifestyle while teaching. My sessions are specialized and I mainly focus on classes which include relaxing, energizing and stress free yoga techniques.
My key points in teaching, adhering to Patanjali, are: ‘Sthiram sukham asanam’: Being stable and happy in a posture, and ‘Yogas chitta vritti nirodah’: Yoga is the cessation of the modifications of mind.”
